Namaste... My Friend

I honor the place in you
in which the entire Universe dwells,

I honor the place in you
which is of Love, of Truth, of Light and of Peace,

When you are in that place in you,
and I am in that place in me,
we are One.

What is Meditation?

When one thinks of "Meditation," it gives us the instant picture of deep, highly praying in seclusion, a bearded man in a mountain, or some kind of "monk" activity, attainable to just the few.  The reality is that Meditation is very simple, enjoyable and rewarding journey.
"Meditation is just a quieting of your mind and body while in communion with your Higher Self... with God."  Meditation is easy to learn, can be done anywhere, and one does not need any special equipment in order to practice it.

If one can breath... One can meditate... that easy!  One never outgrows Meditation..  one gets better and better throughout our magical journey called Life.  Therefore, I am most excited to invite you to join me in this experience, in this miracle... I invite you to step into this journey with me and find the answer to your questions...

More on Meditation:

Meditation is frequently confused with forms of concentration. Concentration exercises focus our full undivided attention on a specific task of mind or body or both in order to accomplish a certain goal or develop a skill.  Yoga, tai-chi, visualization are all forms of concentration.  In contrast, Meditation is an exercise, aiming to prevent thoughts in a natural way, by deeply relaxing the physical body and then and the mind calm.  When thoughts get through, you just let them go by.  Do not fight your thoughts, they are part of being human, just keep calmed and maintain your meditative state.  Maintain this state for few minutes and increase as desired.  Purity of the mind is achieved through Meditation and it is essential to gain access to Higher Self.

Benefits of Meditation:

Opens Your Mind to New Ideas:   When the bowl is full, trying to pour more water into it just causes an overflow. The same happens with our mind. When it is full of thoughts, there is no room for new ideas.
Improves Your  Creativity:  Effectively opens your creativity and problem solving capacity. "Talented" people do it naturally. Artists and poets call it "inspiration". Outstanding people as Albert Einstein & Thomas Edison practiced meditation.
"Listens to the silence between thoughts":  Silence between words or thoughts is called "The Gap"  Through Meditation, we  consciously increase the periods of such silence: The Gap.
Increases Telepathic Transmissions:   Meditation is a necessary condition to receive telepathically, including from Higher Self and other people who may try to assist us. Without a true silence, one cannot listen to thoughts of others.
Ask What You Wish to Know From Your Higher Self:  Before meditation define clearly what you wish to know.  During your meditation detach from the answer.  Have faith, your answer will come to you!
Look & Feel 10 - 15 Years Younger:  Meditating gives the mind and the body a regular "break"  allowing our Nature to perform daily  self-repairs, self-healing and rejuvenation.  Meditation is a secret blessing available to all... Meditate daily!
